Work Schedule
We believe in working hard, staying efficient, and still having time for life outside of work. That’s why we run a consistent, structured schedule that respects your time and energy.
Early Start Time
Our day begins at 6:00 AM sharp, allowing us to beat the heat, stay as efficient as possible, and finish earlier in the day.
Monday through Friday Schedule
We work weekdays only. Weekends are yours, unless we're making up due to inclement weather, which will be communicated clearly in advance.
Time to Recharge
We build in time for lunch breaks and brief rest periods throughout the day. Our routes are designed to keep the pace steady and reasonable, so you're not burning out.

Competitive Pay
Our compensation is competitive, we start at $18.00 an hour with higher pay based on experience, performance, and reliability. Raises, bonuses, and additional responsibilities come with time and trust.
